'This hotel is very beautiful. The rooms were spacious and came with fully equipped kitchens. The beach was amazing and everything was spotless. There wasn’t a blade of grass out of place on the overall grounds. All in all, we had a great stay but I will say that the customer service needs some work. 'Sanctuary Cap Cana was amazing. Joan took great care of us in the castle and came and checked on us daily no matter where we were on the resort. The food was amazing, and the service all over was great. There was an abundance of food options, and we were able to find a spot wherever we went without issues of overcrowding.
