'Our second time at the resort, we visited about 18months ago. The service was not as great as the first time and found some of the amenities lacking -like towel shortage. Check in was after 4pm as rooms not ready. Pool area loungers and umbrellas starting to look worn, but staff is very attentive and very nice. Great location, nice pool and entertainment. '

'Heel leuk resort, het adults-only gedeelte is heel aangenaam met leuke restaurants, alles op wandelafstand! Het complex is heel goed onderhouden en wat opviel was de vriendelijkheid van de staff. Vanwaar de "MAAR" in de titel dan? Tijdens mijn verblijf is mijn kredietkaart "gehackt" geweest om aankopen te doen in een online Amerikaanse winkel. Aangezien ik mijn kaart nergens anders gebruikt heb dan in het hotel en men daar toegang heeft tot mijn thuisadres, heb ik sterke vermoedens dat iemand...

'We booked the swim-up suite, this was a total rip-off, we did not use it once, our room did not get direct sunlight, the swim-up pool was in a part of the garden where we were isolated from the whole hotel, so it was not enjoyable to be there during the day with two teenagers, so we did not use the swim-up once.
