'This was an amazing property in the heart of Harbor Island! Just a block from the dock, it’s an easy walk to the hotel. It’s an intimate boutique hotel, beautifully renovated in an easy island style, with luxurious appointments throughout. We loved the Honest John bar, the pool, the many outdoor spaces, the delicious breakfast each morning, and of course the beach chairs and umbrellas set up on the pink sand beach each day. We loved it and will definitely be back again!'

'Given the ratings/reviews & my experience with similar caliber properties around the world, I was disappointed in certain things. The security guard at the front gate of the property was extremely rude. Didn't welcome us but asked what we were doing there. Our driver was very taken back by his behavior & said he's never seen anyone so rude at this establishment. Two days prior to arrival, I was sent an email form w/ one of the questions asking when we'd be arriving. I selected the noon-2pm...

'Bathroom was smaller than expected and we could hear other guests as if they were inside our bedroom! No sound insulation at all and they were pretty loud at late hours. Also, no mini fridge which is tough when PR is so hot, we couldn’t chill water.'

'When we arrived nobody was there so no check in, completely dark, we found a lodge with a key in the door so we could use it. Late at night someone arrived. He arranged a breakfast for us the next morning which was very nice. The rest of the stay was ok. '

Die Unterkunft ist in einem sehr schön gestalteten tropischen Garten gelegen. Privater Jacuzzi auf der Terrasse und gemeinsamer Swimmingpool im Garten. Besonders empfehlenswert: privates Frühstück auf der Terrasse. '

'Battersea is a beautiful property. The area was peaceful and I felt safe. The house is spacious and easily accommodated our party of 6. I would stay again but the cleaning of the property between guests needs to be better.'
