'We did love the condo itself and the ocean swimming was amazing and had chairs for beach set up. The pool renovations happening made it kinda unsafe for our small kids but was still fun. We made it work. Over all the property was beautiful and we enjoyed it. Downtown is close and the food there was really good. Would recommend over the food on site. '

'Stayed for a week with my teenage children. The condo was exactly as pictured. Tim and Laurie made it very easy to check in. First impression, I was impressed by how clean it was. The hosts included so many thoughtful extras such as flashlights, a first aid kit, ice packs for the cooler, snorkel/beach gear, extra fan and drying racks. We loved the location. 'We were well received, great locate, easy to park, clean everywhere, great kitchen, easy access to beach, good to have washer and dryer. Had more than enough beach towels delivered every other day. Very happy with Grandview and would book again in a heartbeat!'

'The host, Janet was an amazing communicator. The location was perfect. Ceiling fans did not work, the humidity was awful and it would have helped if the ceiling fans worked and the tv reception did not work either. Other than that we slept pleasantly in our air conditioned room and enjoyed our trip.'

'Great property! Condo has absolutely everything you need to enjoy your stay. Spotless inside (the fridge is the only thing that needs to be changed), a/c kept everything cool, lots of room. Great location right on the beach (beach chairs and coolers provided), wonderful calm beach, great for long walks. Market across the street, close to El Yunque, convenient location (to get back to the airport). Highly recommend this condo!'
