'Ya habia estado en esta propiedad. Y por eso lo volvi a escoger. Lo unico q no es malo.. pero la.persona del mantenimiento llego super temprano y en algun momento nos sentimos q estaban rushing.. pero la persona super nice.. aclaro q no eran las 11 de la mañana todavia .. pero de lo demas el lugar i love it. '

'Traumhaftes Ferienhaus mit karibischem Flair. Uns gefiel besonders gut die Dusche im Garten unter Palmen (es gibt aber natürlich auch ein Badezimmer im Haus). Das Haus ist sehr gut für Familien eingerichtet: es sind ein Babybett, ein Hochstuhl und sogar ein Kindersitz fürs Auto vorhanden. Die Treppe zum ersten Stock kann mit einem Gitter gesichert werden. Das Zentrum und der Strand von Sainte Anne sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen (ca. 15 bzw. 25 Minuten). Wir waren mit drei Kindern da.'

'Place was amazing'

'We stayed there for nine days with our family. The house was a perfect size for us and had everything we needed. The new bikes were enjoyed by our kids- but they did need some maintenance. Jane responded quickly to our request for help with the bikes and other minor issues. Loved all the dogs and donkeys in the area and their nightly serenades. The island is gorgeous- the beaches were wonderful and uncrowded and the snorkeling was great. Be sure to bring bug spray.'

'We very much enjoyed our stay here. Heather and Clayton were super responsive and accommodating hosts. We stayed in their new rental onsite and it was very comfortable and well equipped. The property is located close to shopping, dining, and the beach. Keasha the housekeeper is delightful to interact with and everyone was genuinely invested in ensuring we had a great stay! '

'I didn't end up staying at the property. The property manager did not respond to communications through the app or the phone number they provided. There were no check-in instructions provided and the property manager did not respond at all to my our your representatives so i had to cancel my trip as there were no other similar options available due to the timing.Communicating with offshore customer support was a miserable experience with 90 minute wait times with representatives that were only...

'Personne pour nous accueillir, arrivée tardive,sans même un fruit et une boisson fraîche. Logement vétuste et mal entretenu, poussière partout. La télé ne fonctionne pas et la propriétaire est en métropole. Le salon de jardin visible sur la photo a été rangé,après un échange téléphonique avec la propriétaire qui ne se sentait pas concernée du tout par nos problèmes,nous sommes partis au bout de 2 jours. '

'Excellent stay at Liliane’s property. Everything was perfect and the hosts very easy to communicate with and very respectful of privacy. We enjoyed our stay and took advantage of the proximity with the diving club to explore the multiple sites at Reserve Cousteau. The pointe noire town is also great with a couple of small shops/boulangerie: perfect for an early breakfast pre dives!'
