'Dit hotel is veel achterstallig onderhoud, slechte service en heeft dringend een opknapbeurt nodig. De tv in de kamer heeft slechts drie kanalen, waarvan meestal met storing. Er is geen Wi-Fi op de kamers. Het zwembad lijkt weinig onderhoud te krijgen, gezien de armoedige staat waarin het verkeerd. Als je de front desk confronteert met feedback, krijg je een erg laconieke reactie. Het hotel is het geld niet waard.'

'Thi hotel had great large rooms with a comfy bed, a bathtub and a separate shower, and even a bidet! They were super helpful with laundry and transport, when we needed it. The breakfast was really good, they made us omelettes and poached eggs on different mornings. They also granted us early check in and late check out. The spa and restaurant were also great, I had 2 massages and we had a couple of really nice meals and drinks at the Canoe House'

'It is a good property and employees do their best to make your stay as wonderful as possible, but the property needs more maintenance and better services for the price you pay. No down service, only soft drinks in mini bar and that’s about it. The “pristine villas” are run down and maybe therefore empty all the time. Better management and more realistic prices will make it a better place. '

'I can’t say enough about the 4S Explorer. 4S service and dining (mostly) on a dive boat There are other water activities for non divers but Palau is for diving ! I’ve been diving for 30 years and this was hands down the best diving I’ve ever done. I only wish I had a few more days Already planning for the return trip. Not easy to get to Palau, but honestly, that is part of the charm and the dive sites aren’t over run with tourists'
