'Dit hotel is veel achterstallig onderhoud, slechte service en heeft dringend een opknapbeurt nodig. De tv in de kamer heeft slechts drie kanalen, waarvan meestal met storing. Er is geen Wi-Fi op de kamers. Het zwembad lijkt weinig onderhoud te krijgen, gezien de armoedige staat waarin het verkeerd. Als je de front desk confronteert met feedback, krijg je een erg laconieke reactie. Het hotel is het geld niet waard.'

'Check in was very easy and they were kind enough to hold my bags until my proper check in time. The first room I was given had some mold in it and a small hole in the bottom of the wall. They were again very kind and switched me to a different room that was very clean. If you get placed on one side of the hotel though you can hear whatever club it is next door very late into the night unfortunately. '

'Great experience. If you want a get away from everything this is the place. The place is 45-min from all of the outdoor activities and the town of Koror but it's amazing place to relax and unwind. Hotel room is nice and spacious with a stunning view of the ocean. '

'I can’t say enough about the 4S Explorer. 4S service and dining (mostly) on a dive boat There are other water activities for non divers but Palau is for diving ! I’ve been diving for 30 years and this was hands down the best diving I’ve ever done. I only wish I had a few more days Already planning for the return trip. Not easy to get to Palau, but honestly, that is part of the charm and the dive sites aren’t over run with tourists'

'Overall very nice stay, wonderful room and great nights rest, pool could be larger, but nice area 9.3/10. Hotel was very clean and rooms appeared recently updated. Stayed on the second floor and had a view of downtown and could just see the water. Had nice shower, good temperature and pressure. Stayed in king size bed and it was one of the best beds I've slept in, very comfortable with really soft sheets. Floor was not carpet and clean. Had water available and fridge.
