'Dit hotel is veel achterstallig onderhoud, slechte service en heeft dringend een opknapbeurt nodig. De tv in de kamer heeft slechts drie kanalen, waarvan meestal met storing. Er is geen Wi-Fi op de kamers. Het zwembad lijkt weinig onderhoud te krijgen, gezien de armoedige staat waarin het verkeerd. Als je de front desk confronteert met feedback, krijg je een erg laconieke reactie. Het hotel is het geld niet waard.'

'Once this is fixed up and (hopefully) back as a dive/tour operator i would give even higher grades. It has a bit of a patinated feel to it, i.e not new and certainly a few dings and dents but if you don't mind sharing a bath room the place has a certain charm. It is close to a number of tour operators so it can be very well located. A bit far to walk to downtown....'

'Great room in the center of everything. Walk to shopping, dining and there are a ton of tour options in the area. Very nice staff and the fact they offer airport pickup and drop off was helpful. If you are going to stay an extended time, the well equipped kitchen is a huge plus. Breakfast is included. There is no ocean view, but you will have plenty of ocean when you dive or snorkel or kayak. I would stay there again. Great bang for your buck$.'

'Thi hotel had great large rooms with a comfy bed, a bathtub and a separate shower, and even a bidet! They were super helpful with laundry and transport, when we needed it. The breakfast was really good, they made us omelettes and poached eggs on different mornings. They also granted us early check in and late check out. The spa and restaurant were also great, I had 2 massages and we had a couple of really nice meals and drinks at the Canoe House'
