'Hotel is well organized, staff very helpful. My room was spacious, very clean and quite comfortable, with a nice bay view. Not so pleasant was the noise from air condition comig from a roof beneath my balcony. Breakfast was O.K., though in Europe a buffet offers usually better choice. I personally appreciated lthe large and nice swimming-pool. Good news also is that Palasia is in walking distance to shops and restaurants and other places, e.g. Etpison Museum, Post-Office, and a public bus stop...

'Dit hotel is veel achterstallig onderhoud, slechte service en heeft dringend een opknapbeurt nodig. De tv in de kamer heeft slechts drie kanalen, waarvan meestal met storing. Er is geen Wi-Fi op de kamers. Het zwembad lijkt weinig onderhoud te krijgen, gezien de armoedige staat waarin het verkeerd. Als je de front desk confronteert met feedback, krijg je een erg laconieke reactie. Het hotel is het geld niet waard.'

'Disappointing since I stayed there a long time ago. It’s under new management who have not kept up the hotel. The restaurant and bars are closed. The complimentary breakfast consisted of hard boiled eggs, white toast —no jam, butter, rce jook, spicey rice noodles, picked vegetables, cabbage slaw, Black Chinese tea. They tried to accommodate me with instant coffee and milk. Workers are nice. Basically for Chinese visitors. '
