'We felt at home when we were staying at the Hotel Segovia. There was one or two other individuals standing on the property. It was quiet and very comfortable. A person was always stationed at the front and that was very comforting that it was safe. Breakfast was made to order each day. The menu was an American type breakfast - eggs (made your way), bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, OJ, Coffee. I would highly recommend because it’s close to the Centro and fairly priced in March. '

'No sé ni por dónde empezar...todo nos encantó. Llegamos al aeropuerto, salimos y al cruzar la calle está el hotel; al entrar Don Daniel fue muy amable al recibirnos y nos asignaron una habitación al instante. La habitación con una cama extragrande y super cómoda, contaba con frigobar, horno de microondas y demás electrodomésticos. El baño con agua caliente. Al día siguiente nuestro desayuno estaba listo al despertar ya que se nos pregunto la noche anterior si deseábamos algo y a qué hora......

'Clean and exceptionally friendly staff. The pool was amazing, the ocean out from was amazing. Breakfast was good (we didn't eat any other meal here). The gals in the spa were so delightful, but if you are a spa goer on the regular you will probably be disappointed. It didn't really have a spa feel and was super small- I did kind of expect more for a wellness resort. '

'This was my second stay at the Luna Azul and I will stay there again. It’s a quaint little hotel with a very refreshing pool. 'Thos hotel was Absolutely Wonderful!!! We would stay here again and we definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a super central hotel while in Cozumel. All of the shops and restaurants are within a one to ten minute walk. The staff are SO friendly and the continental breakfast that's included is just Great. 'This was our 5th year at this hotel. We will return. Staff and front desk are always greeting us and very friendly. Helpful if needed. Spent 2 weeks there. The roof top deck and pool are great. The pool water always clean and planters always looked after. Pool water very cool all the time. We where the only ones brave enough to use it in the two week. Could use a pool heater. But overall great two weeks. '

'This property was renovated last February and was very clean uncomfortable. The rooms were small but had everything we needed! Francesca at the front desk was amazing. She made me feel important tended to my needs and was efficient kind and really made me feel that I was a cherished guest at this gem of a hotel.
