'What to say really, nice and welcoming, rooms are nice and presentable, good to have thing planned as they do go into the rooms to clean and so on, little mini fridges in rooms with chilled water and a small milk, kettle with tea and coffee and so on. Nice throwback to the days of B&B, Breakfast is more filling than you think, dining room is also the bar, not that we used it but looked quaint enough. 'Mooie locatie, volledig afgewerkt hotel waar echt over nagedacht is. Van alle voorzieningen voorzien waarvan je in een vakantie slechts enkele zult gebruiken. Uitzicht op het meer is prachtig bij zonsopkomst. Lekker in de natuur en een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor de cotswolds. '

'A lovely property! Leigh and Sue are wonderful hosts, so kind and helpful. Me and my son had a fantastic stay, the room was comfy and clean and location of the property is excellent, just a 2min walk to the beach with Sandcastle and Pleasure Beach also less than 10 mins walk. 'Hotel was great and perfect for what we needed as a family of three. The staff where helpfull and polite with excellent customer service. The room was clean and well maintained, and just the right size for us. The hotel is perfectly located, with the Pleasure Beach just round the corner, and a tram station two minutes walk away. The breackfast was good quality and tasted fantastic, the hashbrown bites where a hit with all of us. I would highly recomend this hotel to anyone. '

'You get what you pay for. Room was clean. There was a problem with my first room but I was moved with no arguments. The biggest issue I always have is inconsiderate guests who think its ok let their doors slam at 1am and let children run up and down the corridors at 7am. '

'Fabulous apartment in an ideal location. Stone’s throw from the Pleasure Beach & South Pier, tram stop & a great Wetherspoons just round the corner for breakfast. Owner was fantastic, really friendly & helpful (even arranged great weather for us!). A real home from home with everything you need & we’d absolutely recommend. If & when we visit Blackpool again we'll definitely return here. Thank you! 👍'
