'We had another fantastic stay at The Grand. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable . The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of food catering for different diets. '

'Due to the constant construction, you cannot get a taxi or Uber to drop you off at the doors. This is very inconvenient when you have a lot of bags with you or if you're waiting for an Uber. There was also no warning that there could be workmen outside your window.'

'The St Pancras Renaissance Hotel in London was a pleasant surprise. It’s a beautifully restored train station with great attention to detail. The entrance and dining hall were stunningly styled. The rooms were fine, though it would have been nice if a toothbrush and razor were provided as standard. The restaurant had a fantastic atmosphere with excellent music, and the service was top-notch. Occasionally, there was a bit too much upselling, but overall, it’s well worth 5 stars.'
