'This condo is clean and functional. Both bathrooms are on the main floor so be aware that people in the upstairs bedroom will have to travel down stairs to use the facilities. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioners worked well. These are older condos right on the pretty and well-maintained Marlin Beach. 'Property was excellent and suited what we were looking for as a group of 8. Spent a ton of time outside at the pool area beach. Rooms were a good size and beds comfortable. The large and well stocked kitchen was great as we did a lot of cooking for ourselves, especially breakfast. Wish we could've been able to do our own laundry being only complaint. The staff were awesome. Being out of town we choose to rent a vehicle for going back and forth, that's where I suggest you do your due diligence! ...

'My family just spent the best week at this villa. It was huge and has the perfect set up for our family. The kids loved the pools (which are about ten feet outside your doorstep) and looking out at the beautiful ocean was such a treat. Miriam was very responsive and met every need immediately. Also we arranged for Chef Mar to come three nights and she made the trip even more special. We will definitely return!'
