' Great location with all the amenities…pool and beach were highlights of stay… very private. Had issues with hot water but Pilar helped navigate thru the problems. Puerto Morales is close by with many choices for dinning. Will definitely recommend and return.'

'Great space for large group - we were 17 guests. Excellent area in a gated community with nice amenities. Daily chef and cleaning services were a huge bonus. The concierge and host communication were top notch and very responsive at all times. Highly recommend and thank you again for a great stay.'

'We are a group of 26 family members. This house was wonderful - all of us fit so easily. Two large group rooms with big kitchens: we used one as the bar area and the other as the food area. the pool is beautiful, but not very warm. Unfortunately, when we were there the hot tub was not working. Maureen, the property manager is great and helped us with alternatives. We would return! '

Living area provided comfort, kitchen outfitted with everything we needed, bedrooms/private baths were very accommodating, and Host receives the most praise. 'The house is much more beautiful in person than in the photos, the view from the suite with the lake and the golf course is incredible. The pool and common areas are very well-maintained and there's never anyone around; we enjoyed the pool all to ourselves even during peak season. 'Literally a few steps from the beach and 3 pools. Big shopping mall across the street with a grocery store, pharmacy and souvenir shops. Convenience store right next door.The condo has everything you need to cook your own meals. This is a gated community and feels very safe. Georgina was quick to respond with any questions we had. 'Our group of 10 included two young kids. The calm water and white sandy beach out front was perfect. There are Palapas and lounge chairs available for use on the beach. It is easy to walk to the big grocery store - Súper Chedraui Selecto. There are also many restaurants within walking distance. The beach out front is arguably the best beach in Cancun.
