'We loved your home. It had all of the amenities we wanted -- 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a beautiful deck with incredible ocean views and a pool! We were very close to the wonderful Playa Blanca, which we spent every day at. My college-age children loved it and so did my wife and I. We ended every day with a movie on the living room's large screen tv. Olga was available whenever we had a question. We highly recommend this house!'

'Property is as described. It's dated but well cared for. The caretaker is great. PLEASE note. Last few kilometers of road are not paved...we had 4x4's was fine. Closest supermarket is a 40 minute - hour drive. Beach isn't the best for swimming but totally remote and private. We loved this place. '

'A completely run down place. When entering the room there was mouse poop on the beds and the shelves. Taking a shower was impossible because there wasn’t enough water available. Place is not safe. Long dark walkways without any illumination in the property to get to your cabin. At night lots of traffic noise and parties in the neighborhood. Not recommendable'

'We enjoyed Los Sueños so much! The condo was a perfect location. Easy golf cart to the beach, the local shopping complex and the many restaurants throughout the resort and local area (we really enjoyed Coco’s at sunset!). The gorgeous grounds and stunning sunsets made for the most amazing photos. We had good communication with Dream Makers and they assisted with cart rental and tours. Plus, Mark answered our many questions about Los Sueños and the Jaco area... We truly appreciated his help when...

'We (4 adults in out 60s) loved our stay at this charming place with a thrilling views over the jungle and beaches just below the house, straight across the gulf of Nicoya to the mainland, and miles of coastline to the north - a huge panorama from the charming wraparound covered deck. Total seclusion and privacy surrounded by nature and exalting views. Nice open layout of main part of the house. Only minor quibbles: A micro wave would be nice, pool a bit chilly, plumbing delicate, and bedrooms...

'BUYER BEWARE No hot water and beach is dirty. I contacted Vacasa before confirming reservation to verify had hot water due to previous review. I was told I would have hot water but never did. The pool water was warmer than the shower. The company was notified as soon as we knew there was no hot water. Beach is very dirty due to ships waiting to get into port and dumping garbage while waiting. We did see monkeys and birds which were beautiful. Sorry for the bad review I tried to work with you.'
