'The minute the gate opens at the bottom of the driveway you know you have arrived somewhere special, the gardens on the whole property are stunning and well-maintained, you couldn’t ask for a better view, and to wake up every morning to the sunrise was a gift. 'Thank you for 3 beautiful days!! One of our favorite places we stayed while in beautiful Costa Rica. We loved the property and the views were incredible. There is a beautiful deck overlooking the ocean we sat on for breakfast and dinner. The pool was so refreshing too! The bed was very comfortable. We saw so many birds, monkeys and iguanas during our stay. We hope to be back!'

Listed tips: ---*extremely* glad we had a 4WD vehicle, lots of unpaved/hole- and trench-laden roads. ---Specific arrival directions were not sent until our arrival day, so access was limited while traveling; we found them after arrival. ---Montezuma itself is a very small town with a few restaurants, Mini-supers and B&B/hostels, mostly surfers and some locals; we would hesitate to drive in there after dark (which happens at around 6:00 pm)...
