'The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy....

'Mooi hotel Mooie kamer met 2 badkamers, waarvan 1 met toilet. Het enige nadeel is het dure parkeren, $36 per dag voor zelf parkeren en $40 tax voor valet. Lokatie is heel centraal in Charleston. '

'Location was great, close to all the fun stuff without being in the party zone. Rooms were clean and plenty of space for luggage. Loved the steamer for pressing clothes and seriously the best hair dryer ever at a hotel!'

'We enjoyed our stay at the Indigo Inn very much. It has a great location and is within walking distance of a lot of attractions. The front desk and cleaning staff were excellent, friendly and lots of smiles. The food staff gentleman was a little crabby, thus the 4 stars. '
