'The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy....

'The staff were friendly. However, the building is under construction making it noisy and dirty. There was a layer of dust in most areas. Parking was very limited with some of the parking spaces being used to store construction materials. Very limited dinning within the immediate area. Would not stay here again.'

'Ocean front rooms were beautiful and very spacious. Parking is limited. Although the property was older it was in good condition. We did not eat breakfast or use the amenities due to the cold weather. We enjoyed our family time and would stay again. '
