'This property was by far one of the best I have ever stayed at. The atmosphere was so inviting. The historical information online was so amazing. Everything we needed was either in the hotel or within a stones throw. The bed seemed like it was too firm when we first tried it out, but ended up being the first time I have been pain free after a night's sleep in forever! The hot tub and pool area was clean and unlike other properties we have stayed at was not full of children in the hot tub...

'We had a wonderful stay at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Galena. The hotel was clean, well-kept, and offered great amenities. The hot tub and pool were perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. The breakfast had something for everyone, which was a nice touch. The gentlemen and young lady at the front desk were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location was also ideal, making it easy to experience all that Galena has to offer. Highly recommend!'

'The carpet in the room had a giant (15”x 15” circle) that had either been burned or was just worn out. The entrance to the hotel was dark except for the front desk. There was an area by the pool that was being worked on and was cordoned off with police tape. But the one thing I noticed was there were no parking lot lights on like they were trying to save money.'
