Hotels met sauna in Noord-Illinois

'The carpet in the room had a giant (15”x 15” circle) that had either been burned or was just worn out. The entrance to the hotel was dark except for the front desk. There was an area by the pool that was being worked on and was cordoned off with police tape. But the one thing I noticed was there were no parking lot lights on like they were trying to save money.'

'They really lack st having your rooms ready at check in . Check in is at 3pm we tried to check in at 4:30 NO rooms were ready ! Maybe think of adjusting your check out time to allow more time for rooms to get clean. '
