'The cleaning staff left open my door the door the whole day. The hotel staff was not always friendly. Breakfast was okay as was the fitness room and the pool. '

'Good hotel to stay at in downtown next to crown center. Very crowded due to the nfl playoff game, but to be expected. Food and drinks are very expensive, and the food choices are all a lot of gluten free and vegan weird stuff, but overall a good stay. '
