'Good place to stay for an early flight'

'I have stayed here many times. It has a nice location near KU med center. It has shopping center and restaurants nearby. It has easy access to the interstate.It's actually located in a somewhat quiet area. It has been showing signs of age though lately.'

'Huge room. Clean. Easy parking. Breakfast was fine and lots of coffee. '

'We stayed in the east tower. It was a little less well maintained. '

'The hotel staff were wonderful as we were in town for a funeral, they took care of every need that we had. They were empathetic and respectful. We also traveled with a pet. The staff traded our pet Coco with the same warm welcome that they treated us with the breakfast was warm and ready on time. It had a good variety. The facility was exceptionally clean and we will stay there again and again. Thank you so much Hampton Inn staff, Kansas City Lee Summit, Missouri.'

'Heating didn't work properly - could not get temperature above 60 degrees (highly uncomfortable in KC during Winter). Asked for a solution twice, but the issue was never resolved.'

'We absolutely loved the hot tub outdoors specially with the snow on the ground. And the aroma indoor was amazing. '
