'The property was perfect '

'Great location, close to dining and shopping. Room was spacious and clean. Room 627 had a drain issue. When you ran the water in sink it made a loud gurgling noise for at least 5 mins. Other than that the beds were comfortable and clean. '

'We enjoy staying at Residence Inn hotels because they have a kitchen in the room. We don't like to go out all the time. This Residence Inn was right in the middle of the city - with tons of stores and restaurants just a short walk away. Also very close to Hyvee Arena where we needed to go for a dance competition. 'I am not familiar with the area. When I checked in, the front desk did not tell me that parking needed to be paid when arriving or your vehicle can be towed. I thought there would be a ticket system where you paid when you left but that is NOT the case. '
