'Heavily overpriced for the quality you get (on food and beverages). Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '

'I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Centric Wakiki Beach. I truly appreciate the eco friendliness Hyatt provides that is evident in that Hyatt provides reusable water bottles, clean drinking water, and recycling bins for guests. The location of the hotel is great as there is so much within walking distance. I enjoyed yoga class and lei making activities. The lobby and pool area are beautiful. Everything is clean!
