Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '

'We love Marriott! I was a little disappointed that they did not have a coffee bar or water station in the lobby, and had to wait online each morning at Starbucks and pay for coffee. The resort itself was beautiful, and the pool was really nice with a restaurant and bar right there for convenience. We got a room right across from the beach, which was lovely. All in all a good visit.'

'This is one of my favorite spots to vacation. The hotel is uniquely located--off of Waikiki, but an easy walk away. Kaimana Beach is a beautiful spot: full of local swimmers, kayakers, paddle boarders, canoers, and surfers. We spent hours on our balcony, at dawn and dusk, enjoying the action.
