'This was our first stay at a Four Seasons property and we absolutely loved it. All of the staff, from the reception desk to the cleaning staff (as well as everyone else) were all excellent in terms of helpfulness, friendliness and overall service. The property itself was beautiful and immaculately well-kept. 'Heavily overpriced for the quality you get (on food and beverages). Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '

'The room was amazing, we had the perfect view of the ocean from our balcony. The staff were all kind and the classes were so much fun. The area was perfect for walking and the beach was right across the street. The parking was pricey so we ended up parking down the street. Other than that we had an amazing stay!'
