'Very costly food and drink and everything you request or do there is a charge. Also the room service could be better. Sheets are not changed upon request unless you pay an extra fee. The location was good along with the beach and pool areas. Next time we go to Hawaii we would look for other options. Finally the staff hounds you to listen to their time share spiel. Very obnoxious as it lasts 90 min. Not worth it. Thanks '

'Heavily overpriced for the quality you get (on food and beverages). Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '

'I liked that this property had a balcony, one block from the beach and walking to distance to shopping, food vendors, and the staff was friendly. The only thing about my room was that the phone didn’t work, the ironing board was wobbly, and the bed wasn’t that comfortable. But I would stay here again definitely because all in all my stay went well.'
