'Ellicotville Chalet was the perfect place for our family trip. The house was spacious and easily accommodated our party of 14. The location was perfect, only a very short drive to Holiday Valley Resort. The only reason I marked a 4 for cleanliness was because we had to wash the pans, cups and silverware before we used them because they had food on them or were dirty. The same with the stove. The floors were a little messy and the fireplace had ashes and the ash bucket was filled to the rim....
