'This vacation home offered so much. First, the location to the slopes was under a 10 minute drive and even closer to the charming town of Ellicottville. The home is huge and is perfect for multiple families. It’s basically like having an upper and a lower with kitchen, baths and bedrooms on both levels. The home was immaculate and had games, air hockey and pinball. We enjoyed our stay and will return to this home. '

'We enjoyed staying at the Kama Kottage. The house is cozy and comfortable, and nicely appointed. We were there just before Christmas and the Christmas decorations were a nice touch.We also appreciated the prompt attention to cleaning off the driveway since we had a fair amount of snow. The location was great for our purposes and we look forward to booking this house again when in the area, especially when we can enjoy the sun room and the entire property.'

'Awesome girls weekend! The condo was spotless, gorgeous and well accommodating! It had everything there we needed and then some. Condo was inviting, very comfortable and upscale. I was very close to town and you could actually walk to town which would be a nice convenience if the sidewalks were shoveled by the city. It was very centrally located any everything or every place you wanted to go was within 5 miles of the the condo. The management company was very easy and quick to respond as...

'This old home provides more than ample space for your group to sleep. It is an old home though and the showers have little water pressure. Hot tub is a very nice place to wind down after a long day on the slopes. The room with some table games is an unheated space that is too cold too spend time in during the winter months. It is tucked away from the nearby towns and when it snows a lot like it did during our trip makes for long slow drives to get to any destinations. The hosts are wonderful and...

'Myself and three friends stayed here from a Friday to a Sunday for an event in Jamestown. The neighborhood is in a great location and is about a 4 minute drive from downtown. Very close to everything. The house itself is very clean and there are lots of Lucille Ball memorabilia to discover throughout. There is a nice back patio which we unfortunately were not able to enjoy since we stayed during a winter weather advisory with lots of snow. There are plenty of amenities in the kitchen for cooking...

'Lovely space! Went for a ski weekend with a large party. All the kids got to stay together in the bunk bed room, along with 5 couples. Hot water for showers without any issues, well stocked kitchen for cooking. Amazing proximity to Holimont/Holliday valley. Will absolutely stay again. Only bummer is no hottub, which, if it was there, we’d never book anywhere else ever!'
