'With a party of two Dutch family's of four adults and four children between seven and fourteen years old we stayed at the ranch for two days. The house was not clean, a number of doors wouldn't close anymore. We were even afraid to cook our own meal because of the kitchen cleanness . The kids liked the horses though. The homeowner was mostly friendly. Only upside was the price, it was low and therefore we didn't have very high expectations.'

'We had such a great time during our stay at this property! Our group consisted of three families coming together with kids of multiple ages. Everyone slept comfortably and there were plenty of beds for all! The kids enjoyed running around the grounds. They loved looking at the horses in the morning, playing on the zip line and taking dips in the hot tub in the evenings! This place is perfectly located within the town of Kernville. 'House is huge!! Has almost everything you need! We stayed over the thanksgiving week and had a wonderful time ! Hot tub was 😍!!! I didn't have a chance to use the bathtub but was fairly clean and looked very inviting. Back yard was big and had a nice size bbq and pretty lightning. Yard was fenced and will hold up against smaller dogs. My children had a blast in the game room ! TV, pingpong table darts and a full size pool table !!! The house was a great get away from the city life, the view, the quiet and the simple fact that everything we wanted to go do is less than 10mins away driving was a big plus. Everything in the house worked great.Too great may I say that the A/C in the house had to turned off for a few hrs because of got too cold inside, knowing outside was HOT. The drive to the location of the house was super easy to find and get to. It is also pet friendly...

'No outside trash container, saw roaches in bathroom and living room, pool table pictured was a toy, air conditioner was not adequate, tv reception was poor, outside yard not maintained. Drainpipe from kitchen sink not connected on outside.'
