'Thanks to Langebaan holiday homes we had an amazing holiday ,as they still gave us an excellent place to stay despite the double booking made by hotels.com an they did not even let the customer know although they were informed of the double booking!?'

'Rooms were not clean and dusty. The second day, we left the room in the morning and came back late afternoon and the cleaning was don’t done. We phoned them and they told us that they didn’t have the second key to go clean. The indoor pool was smelly and not clean and they didn’t have any towels. The chech in wasn’t only at 4 pmand check out at 10. Coming from far with 2 kids I ask a earlier check in that they accept. They did instead the check in at 2pm.'
