'First off, the location of this resort is probably the best on the island other than proximity to snorkeling, that is a few miles away. It is incredibly quiet at night around the resort. We returned to this resort as it is great for kids with close proximity between pool, rooms and fabulous beach. The staff is generally friendly especially the security and pool staff, though felt the front desk staff could be a bit more welcoming and helpful. I also wish that they would offer deals for returning...

'Though not the most luxurious place I have ever stayed in, this vacation definitely owns a place in my personal top 3. Staff is friendly, and given the scale of the hotel the overall experience very intimate and personal. Rooms all have magnificent views, outdoor showers and overall comfort is good. Our room did have a ceiling fan that wasn't quite up to the task but all-in-all this did not affect the wonderful week we spent at Cocos. Food is excellent, give our greetings to Acarie.'
