'The property is a heritage building restored to perfection. The location is excellent, in the middle of old San Juan. The restaurant was excellent. There is smallish rooftop pool with a separate Jacuzzi. The pool side serves free coffee and hot water in the mornings and wine and cheese in the afternoons. The property itself is gorgeous and restored to perfection. Would love to come back and stay again. '

'We had communicated to the hotel on 2 separate occasions concerning our late arrival time which was to be about12:30 am. I was assured that someone would be there to check us in. Our taxi dropped us off on a very dark and deserted street and the door to the hotel was locked, we rang the doorbell and phoned several times but no response.
