'We had a great time! Only issue was housekeeping didnt clean our room. They did call in a manager and our room was #5 that she had to clean. I hope the morning person was fired. We will absolutely go again, the grands had such an exciting time.'

'The hotel is great. Staff at reare great. They are building a hotel between the Hilton and casino... nousy and inconvenient. If you are planning to go to this hotel because of the casino, it is not the casino you remember. Hotel is great.'

'It was a bit outdated, but not tatty. The beds were great, as well as the sheets. Best sleep I have had this holiday. Good location, could easily walk to the restaurants in the area, as well as the River Museum.'

'The staff was quick and helpful even though they were fully booked. They did run out of pool towels and I had to ask for more breakfast utensils but they were happy to help and friendly and fast. Only downfall is doors are loud when they open and shut so i could hear the neighbors all night in and out.'
