'Niemand voelt zich verantwoordelijk als er een probleem moet worden opgelost. Je wordt van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd. Geprobeerd te bellen, 10 x doorverbonden en alsnog niemand die je fatsoenlijk te woord staat. Echt een no go dit hotel.'

'Amazing beach, good amenities, nice pool, very friendly staff. The "reserve" part of the hotel didn't meet our expectations since it was far from the beach and the restaurant options are really limited, so you are still having to spend most of your time at the main hotel. We ended up having to upgrade to "reserve beach" in order to regain convenience and amenity access. Food quality is so-so, despite the large selection of restaurants.'

'Our stay was wonderful, only thing lacking was getting towels and drinking water in our room. We had to ask housekeeping several times.They would clean the room, take the towels and not replace. Other then that it was excellent, staff was friendly, and helpful. Make sure you book your reservations for dinner in advance or as soon as you get there. '
