'I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was great, although I did find that the selection of foods was more limited in the Platinium section compaired to the main restaurant. The à la carte restaurants that we tried were disappointing. The food quality wasn’t up to expectations, and the service was very quick, they seemes eager to clear the table as fast as possible for the next guests.'

'There is so much to offer at the resort! The Michael Kackson, and Bob Marley shoes were amazing. One area that I do feel that they could improve upon was their im the shows in the theater. They just weren't up to par compared to the others. Overall all though, we jad a fantastic stay. '

'Liked - most staff were great - especially check in agents, buffet staff and entertainment (Stretch and Ruth and fitness instructors). Food was average to great, depending on the restaurant. Property was in good condition and there was lots of activities. Rooms were big and in good condition. What could use work? - staff at gym entrance were dismissive and rude; pool/beach bars don't have enough staff and were not overly pleasant. They definitely have the toughest jobs with all the drinking...

'It is a great Resort - the only thing I did not like that the walls of the pool have been cleaned while guests were in the pool. Special thanks to the Hostess of the Surf and Turf Restaurant - Tashna for being so helpful.'

'Het was een prettig verblijf. Het zwemwater wat enorm helder. Het was dus heerlijk vertoeven. Het eten was bovenmatig goed voor een all in. Zelf het buffet. Het personeel is erg gewend aan de amerikanen die de hele dag fooi geven. Dit valt helaas erg te merken. Na het bestellen van je drankje valt er een ongemakkelijk moment waar ze verwachten dat er weer een dollar briefje gaat komen. Helaas is wel alles met geluid mega hard. Eerlijk gezegd te hard.
