'I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was great, although I did find that the selection of foods was more limited in the Platinium section compaired to the main restaurant. The à la carte restaurants that we tried were disappointing. The food quality wasn’t up to expectations, and the service was very quick, they seemes eager to clear the table as fast as possible for the next guests.'

'The Condado Vanderbilt was great! Staff was very nice and accommodating, the room was clean/spacious and the views of the ocean were the best we've ever had. Very close to Old San Juan for historic site seeing and great restaurants. '

'The property was well maintained and gorgeous. Every staff person was welcoming and helpful. EVERY one of them. The restaurant options were plentiful. My son and I especially enjoyed the steak house and hibachi. I read reviews about the water and rocks ahead of time so we brought beach shoes. Definitely made swimming fun. Some of the food at the buffets were not hot enough but lots of choices so no big deal.'

'Excellent Stay from beginning to end. Went for a friends birthday and they went above a beyond to make it special. We checked in with Barrington at the front desk and he was pleasant, friendly and made us feel welcome and excited to be there. 'Het was een prettig verblijf. Het zwemwater wat enorm helder. Het was dus heerlijk vertoeven. Het eten was bovenmatig goed voor een all in. Zelf het buffet. Het personeel is erg gewend aan de amerikanen die de hele dag fooi geven. Dit valt helaas erg te merken.
